Collaborating with stakeholders across four continents, we defined a brand strategy focused on Oxford’s long-range, community-focused view on property investment, development and management. At the heart of the flexible identity system is a series of vibrant illustrations and animations inspired by the intersection of built environments and human form, which turns places into meaningful communities. Confident typography and language works in flexible layout to stretch across corporate, commercial, retail, industrial and residential uses, and from corporate applications to placemaking events.
